The Site is operated by Malko Conveyancing (ABN 15 696 678 538), a licensed conveyancing practice in New South Wales (NSW Fair Trading Corporate Licence No. 08033065). Tanya Kats is the principal Licensed Conveyancer (Individual Licence No. 05010098). Malko Conveyancing is a member of the Australian Institute of Conveyancers (NSW Division), Member No. 00004654.

2. No Client–Conveyancer Relationship

Your use of the Site, including submitting an enquiry through the contact form, does not create a client–conveyancer relationship between you and Malko Conveyancing. A client–conveyancer relationship is only established when both parties have signed a written Costs Disclosure and Terms of Engagement.

3. Information on the Site

Information published on the Site, including blog articles, case studies, and service descriptions, is provided for general information only. It is not legal advice and should not be relied on as such. Property law and conveyancing practice in New South Wales change frequently, and information that was accurate at the time of publication may no longer be current.

You should not act, or refrain from acting, on the basis of information on the Site without obtaining specific advice tailored to your circumstances.
